Description

A vibrant and refreshing pasta salad perfect for warm gatherings, combining colorful vegetables and zesty Italian dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups tri colored rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced (black or green)
  • 1 cup cheese, diced (mozzarella or feta)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (any color you like)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the tri colored rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, olives, diced bell peppers, and cheese.
  3. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to combine. Feel free to taste and add extra seasoning if you like!
