- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the tomatillos, onion, garlic, and jalapeño in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, reveling in the fresh, pungent aroma.
- Add the cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Blend again until everything is beautifully combined.
- Pour the sauce into a saucepan and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cook for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
