This creamy, cheesy Texas Trash Dip is a crowd-pleaser perfect for gatherings, made with chili beans, cream cheese, and topped with cheddar cheese.

- 2 cans of chili beans
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chili beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir everything until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, letting it melt into a golden bubbly layer.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
Feel free to customize it with jalapeños, herbs, or different seasonings. Make ahead by preparing a day in advance and storing in the fridge.
