Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans of chili beans
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can of corn, drained

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chili beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir everything until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, letting it melt into a golden bubbly layer.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes
