Ingredients

- 1 pound beef steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 onion, cut into quarters
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating as you go.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
