Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs Chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 stick Butter
- 8–10 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
- 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, letting that grill get nice and hot!
- Combine the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well to coat every piece of chicken.
- Thread the seasoned chicken onto skewers, making sure they are evenly spaced to allow for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and showcases beautiful grill marks.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in minced garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley, cooking for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the skewers and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Marinate the chicken ahead of time for more flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
