Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 lb salmon, cooked and flaked
- 8 oz imitation crab, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cooked sushi rice with half of the green onions and spread it evenly in a baking dish.
- Combine the flaked salmon, imitation crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha in another bowl and mix well.
- Spread the salmon and crab mixture over the sushi rice layer.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden on top.
- Garnish with remaining green onions and nori strips before serving.
- Serve warm with soy sauce.
Notes
Can be made ahead by preparing sushi rice and salmon mixture in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
