Description

A comforting salmon sushi bake that combines delightful flavors and creamy goodness, perfect for chilly evenings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 lb salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 8 oz imitation crab, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips
  • Soy sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cooked sushi rice with half of the green onions and spread it evenly in a baking dish.
  3. Combine the flaked salmon, imitation crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha in another bowl and mix well.
  4. Spread the salmon and crab mixture over the sushi rice layer.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden on top.
  6. Garnish with remaining green onions and nori strips before serving.
  7. Serve warm with soy sauce.

Notes

Can be made ahead by preparing sushi rice and salmon mixture in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
