- 1 pound Green beans

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Trim the ends of the green beans.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
