Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy and light.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the Rice Krispies, chocolate chips, and sweetened coconut, ensuring even distribution.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and slightly crisp.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
