Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy and light.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies, chocolate chips, and sweetened coconut, ensuring even distribution.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and slightly crisp.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
