Description

Easy no-bake dessert treats combining creamy peanut butter and chocolate with crushed Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in size.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  6. Dip each frozen Oreo ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  7. Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
