- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add this to the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of creamy peanut butter over the batter and swirl it in.
- Spread the remaining cookie batter over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
