- 1 recipe homemade lemonade (or 8 cups of your favorite lemonade)
- 4–5 peaches
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint + more for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Lemonade: Begin by preparing your homemade lemonade according to its directions. Once done, set it aside or chill it in the refrigerator.
- Prep the Peaches: Wash the fresh peaches and slice them in half. Carefully remove the pit. Reserve ¼ of the peach slices for adding to the pitcher and for garnishing later.
- Blend the Peaches: In a blender, combine the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of the prepared lemonade mixture and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Strain for Smoothness (Optional): If you prefer a thinner lemonade, pour the peach mixture through a fine strainer or sieve into your pitcher.
- Combine & Garnish: Add the remaining lemonade to the pitcher and stir gently to combine. For a gorgeous presentation, add the reserved peach slices and some fresh lemon slices.
- Serve with Style: Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and peach slices. You can either add ice to the pitcher or pour the lemonade over cups filled with ice to keep it cool without diluting the flavor.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days, but consume them for the best taste.
