Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the rolled oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips for a little extra indulgence.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
