Description

Delightful chewy oatmeal cookies that are protein-packed and naturally sweetened, perfect for cozy afternoons.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (your favorite flavor)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the rolled oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  3. If desired, fold in chocolate chips for a little extra indulgence.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
