Description

A healthier twist on classic s’mores, these no-bake energy bites are quick to prepare and perfect for a delicious snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
  2. If the mixture is too sticky, add more graham cracker crumbs until it reaches a rollable consistency.
  3. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Feel free to customize with nuts, coconut or dried fruits. Dampening hands slightly helps with rolling the mixture.
