A healthier twist on classic s’mores, these no-bake energy bites are quick to prepare and perfect for a delicious snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup protein powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
- If the mixture is too sticky, add more graham cracker crumbs until it reaches a rollable consistency.
- Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Feel free to customize with nuts, coconut or dried fruits. Dampening hands slightly helps with rolling the mixture.
