Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats and protein powder until well mixed.
- Add chocolate chips if using and mix well.
- Scoop the mixture and form into cookie shapes.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
