Description

Easy and healthy no-bake cookies made with peanut butter, oats, and protein powder, perfect for a quick snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats and protein powder until well mixed.
  3. Add chocolate chips if using and mix well.
  4. Scoop the mixture and form into cookie shapes.
  5. Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
