Description

A rich and creamy no-bake dessert featuring layers of peanut butter mousse and chocolate ganache, evoking childhood memories and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Beat 1 cup of heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Fold in the whipped cream until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mousse over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until just about to boil, then pour it over the chocolate chips in a bowl and let sit for a few minutes.
  6. Stir the chocolate until smooth and glossy, then pour the ganache over the mousse layer and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a fun twist, try adding a swirl of caramel or using Nutella instead of peanut butter.
