- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- Beat 1 cup of heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Fold in the whipped cream until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the peanut butter mousse over the graham cracker crust.
- Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until just about to boil, then pour it over the chocolate chips in a bowl and let sit for a few minutes.
- Stir the chocolate until smooth and glossy, then pour the ganache over the mousse layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a fun twist, try adding a swirl of caramel or using Nutella instead of peanut butter.
