- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press this mixture into the bottom of a square baking dish to form a crust.
- Beat together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of heavy cream until light and fluffy; spread evenly over the crust.
- Bring 1/2 cup of heavy cream to a simmer in a saucepan; pour it over the chocolate chips and let sit before stirring until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it out for an even finish.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until completely set; cut into squares and serve.
