Description

An easy and indulgent no-bake dessert layered with creamy peanut butter mousse and luscious chocolate ganache, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press this mixture into the bottom of a square baking dish to form a crust.
  2. Beat together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of heavy cream until light and fluffy; spread evenly over the crust.
  3. Bring 1/2 cup of heavy cream to a simmer in a saucepan; pour it over the chocolate chips and let sit before stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it out for an even finish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until completely set; cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For best results, let ingredients reach room temperature before starting. Use a hot knife for clean cuts.
