- 3–5 lbs beef roast (chuck roast)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
- 1 cup au jus (beef broth)
- 2–3 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the roast.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and their juice.
- Pour the au jus over the top.
- Add a few tablespoons of butter on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 480 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Once done, shred the beef with two forks and serve.
