- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl and then stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff on top of the brownie batter and swirl it using a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
You can prepare the brownie batter a day in advance and refrigerate it. For perfect squares, use a hot knife when slicing.
