Decadent marshmallow brownies that offer a rich chocolate flavor topped with fluffy marshmallow cream, perfect for cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl and then stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff on top of the brownie batter and swirl it using a knife.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

You can prepare the brownie batter a day in advance and refrigerate it. For perfect squares, use a hot knife when slicing.
