Description

Deliciously creamy and crispy jalapeno poppers, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 10 Fresh jalapenos
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices Cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (optional, for an extra cheesy pop)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional, for a hint of flavor)
  • 1 tsp Onion powder (optional, adds a savory twist)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, and any optional ingredients.
  4. Stuff each halved jalapeno with the creamy filling.
  5. Arrange the stuffed jalapenos in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These poppers are great for meal prepping. Prepare and refrigerate stuffed jalapenos a few hours in advance.
