- 10 Fresh jalapenos
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 4 slices Cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (optional, for an extra cheesy pop)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional, for a hint of flavor)
- 1 tsp Onion powder (optional, adds a savory twist)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, and any optional ingredients.
- Stuff each halved jalapeno with the creamy filling.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapenos in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These poppers are great for meal prepping. Prepare and refrigerate stuffed jalapenos a few hours in advance.
