Description

Easy and delicious Italian Sandwich Roll-Ups perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Tortilla or flatbread
  • Sliced deli meats (ham, salami, turkey)
  • Sliced cheese (mozzarella, provolone)
  • Lettuce or spinach
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Peppers (bell peppers, roasted red peppers)
  • Olive oil
  • Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortilla or flatbread on a clean surface.
  2. Layer slices of deli meats and cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Add a mix of lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers on top of the meats and cheese.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and Italian dressing, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Slice into pinwheels or halved rolls.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
