Ingredients
- Tortilla or flatbread

- Lettuce or spinach
- Sliced tomatoes
- Peppers (bell peppers, roasted red peppers)

- Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Lay out the tortilla or flatbread on a clean surface.
- Layer slices of deli meats and cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Add a mix of lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers on top of the meats and cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and Italian dressing, and season with salt and pepper.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice into pinwheels or halved rolls.
