Ingredients

- 250g macaroni (mini macaroni)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4–5 cups water for boiling
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil (neutral)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1.5 tablespoons garlic (4–5 large cloves), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup tomato, finely chopped
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Once boiling, add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat, letting the butter melt.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden and aromatic.
- Toss in the chopped onion and green bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the chopped tomato and red chilli flakes, cooking until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the pan, mixing everything well.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
