Description

Luxurious no-bake truffles infused with honey and lavender, perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 8 oz white chocolate (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling, then remove it from the heat.
  2. Add the dried lavender to the cream and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the cream to remove the lavender, leaving behind a fragrant infusion.
  4. Combine the chopped white chocolate and honey in a bowl.
  5. Pour the warm lavender-infused cream over the white chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes.
  6. Stir until the mixture is smooth to create a luscious ganache.
  7. Refrigerate the ganache for at least 120 minutes until firm.
  8. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  9. Melt the additional white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  10. Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate and set them on a parchment-lined tray.

Notes

Keep truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for freshness. Great for gifting.
