- 8 oz white chocolate (chopped)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 8 oz white chocolate (for coating)
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling, then remove it from the heat.
- Add the dried lavender to the cream and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the cream to remove the lavender, leaving behind a fragrant infusion.
- Combine the chopped white chocolate and honey in a bowl.
- Pour the warm lavender-infused cream over the white chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth to create a luscious ganache.
- Refrigerate the ganache for at least 120 minutes until firm.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt the additional white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate and set them on a parchment-lined tray.
