A heartwarming sheet pan dinner featuring tender sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli, all infused with a delicious honey garlic sauce.

- 14 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on the baking sheet.
- Roast the sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
- Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, then whisk in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Add the sausage and broccoli to the baking sheet, drizzling with half the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Return the pan to the oven and roast for another 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with remaining sauce. Toss and serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers store well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be customized with different vegetables or proteins.
