Ingredients

  • 3 cups Blackberry juice (Chilled; use 100% juice with no added sugar if preferred.)
  • 1/2 cup Full-fat coconut milk (Well stirred for a smooth, creamy swirl.)
  • 1/4 cup Freeze-dried blackberries (Adds texture and extra berry flavor.)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes (Optional, for serving.)
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze-dried blackberries (Extra for topping and garnish.)

Instructions

  1. Start by adding the freeze-dried blackberries to a large pitcher.
  2. Pour in the chilled blackberry juice until the pitcher is about three-quarters full.
  3. Slowly pour in the coconut milk and watch it create a lovely cloudy swirl effect.
  4. Gently stir once or twice to enhance the marble effect without overmixing.
  5. If desired, fill serving glasses with ice.
  6. Pour the drink over the ice and top with extra freeze-dried blackberries.

Notes
