- 3 cups Blackberry juice (Chilled; use 100% juice with no added sugar if preferred.)
- 1/2 cup Full-fat coconut milk (Well stirred for a smooth, creamy swirl.)
- 1/4 cup Freeze-dried blackberries (Adds texture and extra berry flavor.)
- 1 cup Ice cubes (Optional, for serving.)
- 2 tablespoons Freeze-dried blackberries (Extra for topping and garnish.)
Instructions
- Start by adding the freeze-dried blackberries to a large pitcher.
- Pour in the chilled blackberry juice until the pitcher is about three-quarters full.
- Slowly pour in the coconut milk and watch it create a lovely cloudy swirl effect.
- Gently stir once or twice to enhance the marble effect without overmixing.
- If desired, fill serving glasses with ice.
- Pour the drink over the ice and top with extra freeze-dried blackberries.
Notes
