A cozy and satisfying Gilgeori Toast filled with vegetables and gooey cheese, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 slices of cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions
- Whisk the egg and season it with salt and pepper.
- Add cabbage, carrots, and green onions to the egg mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Place one slice of bread in the skillet and top with half of the vegetable-egg mixture.
- Lay a slice of cheese on top, then add the second slice of bread.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
