Description

A cozy and satisfying Gilgeori Toast filled with vegetables and gooey cheese, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg and season it with salt and pepper.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, and green onions to the egg mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  4. Place one slice of bread in the skillet and top with half of the vegetable-egg mixture.
  5. Lay a slice of cheese on top, then add the second slice of bread.
  6. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
