- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender and golden, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the cooked potatoes and set them aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet; cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase the heat slightly and add the steak bites, searing them until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes.
- Fold in the cooked potatoes to combine flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice or a handful of shredded cheese.
