Description

A delightful dish of tender steak bites enveloped in rich garlic butter, paired with crispy baby potatoes for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender and golden, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove the cooked potatoes and set them aside.
  4. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet; cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Increase the heat slightly and add the steak bites, searing them until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Fold in the cooked potatoes to combine flavors.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice or a handful of shredded cheese.
