Description
A warm and gooey grilled cheese sandwich cradled between two crispy, buttery slices of garlic bread. Perfect for busy weeknights or a delightful lunch.

- 4 slices of garlic bread
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Optional: herbs (e.g., parsley, oregano) for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place two slices of garlic bread in the skillet, butter side down.
- Add two slices of cheese on top of the bread.
- Top with the remaining garlic bread slices, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
- Remove from heat and slice in half.
- Garnish with herbs if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Make-ahead sandwiches can be assembled but should not be cooked until you’re ready to eat. Customize with different cheese options or add-ins like spinach or turkey bacon.
