- 1 box of brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Ice cream (any flavor you adore!)
- Chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Bake as directed, and once finished, allow the brownies to cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut the brownies into layers.
- In a cake pan, place the first layer of brownie, followed by a generous layer of ice cream. Continue repeating layers until you have used up your brownies and ice cream.
- For an added touch of indulgence, drizzle chocolate syrup between your layers if desired.
- Now it’s time to freeze! Pop your cake into the freezer for at least 240 minutes to set.
- Before serving, top with a fluffy crown of whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings or colorful sprinkles on top.
- Slice and serve cold.
Notes
This dessert can be made in advance and stored in the freezer for a few days. For cleaner slices, dip your knife in warm water between cuts.
