Description

A nostalgic and delightful Frozen Brownie Ice Cream Cake filled with rich brownies and your favorite ice cream, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Ice cream (any flavor you adore!)
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Bake as directed, and once finished, allow the brownies to cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, cut the brownies into layers.
  3. In a cake pan, place the first layer of brownie, followed by a generous layer of ice cream. Continue repeating layers until you have used up your brownies and ice cream.
  4. For an added touch of indulgence, drizzle chocolate syrup between your layers if desired.
  5. Now it’s time to freeze! Pop your cake into the freezer for at least 240 minutes to set.
  6. Before serving, top with a fluffy crown of whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings or colorful sprinkles on top.
  7. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

This dessert can be made in advance and stored in the freezer for a few days. For cleaner slices, dip your knife in warm water between cuts.
