Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a medium-sized baking dish (about 8×8 inches) by lightly buttering it.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the flour and salt, whisking until just combined.
- Fold in the quartered strawberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
