- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil; mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size (about 1-2 hours).
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and gently press it to fit.
- Create dimples in the surface with your fingers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt and fresh rosemary.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
