Ingredients

  • 2 cans sliced peaches in syrup (15 oz each)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Drain the peaches and layer them on top of the batter without stirring.
