- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Drain the peaches and layer them on top of the batter without stirring.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
