- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden on the outside.
- In the last minute of grilling, top each chicken breast with slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato.
- Close the grill lid to melt the cheese to a delicious, creamy perfection.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes to keep it juicy.
