Description

Delightful frozen treats bursting with vibrant fruit flavors and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mango, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup water (if needed for blending)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) in a mixing bowl and mix well until smooth.
  2. Blend your chosen fruits in a blender until smooth, adding water if needed for consistency.
  3. Layer the yogurt mixture and fruit puree in popsicle molds creatively.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  5. Serve by running warm water over the outside of the molds for easy release.
