Description

A vibrant and creamy coleslaw combining fresh apples and crunchy cabbages, perfect for fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrots, and diced apples in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and apple mixture, then toss until everything is well combined.
  4. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
