Description
A quick and easy air fryer recipe for buttery and flavorful corn on the cob, perfect for cozy evenings or festive gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 fresh ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional toppings: grated cheese, herbs, lime juice
Instructions
- Prep the corn: Start by husking the corn, removing all the silk. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a clean towel.
- Season the corn: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil or melted butter, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture generously over each ear of corn.
- Preheat your air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Air fry the corn: Place the corn ears in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check for doneness: The corn should be tender with some lovely charred bits. Cook longer if desired.
- Serve and enjoy: Remove carefully and let cool for a minute, then top with additional butter or toppings.
Notes
Make ahead by husking and seasoning a few hours before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
