Description

A refreshing summer salad that combines crisp cucumbers with creamy crab meat, perfect for picnics and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Persian Cucumbers
  • 8 oz Imitation Crab Meat
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash the Persian cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them thinly.
  2. Shred the imitation crab meat into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine mayo, vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
  4. Toss the sliced cucumbers and shredded crab meat into the dressing bowl and mix gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with sesame seeds or fresh herbs on top.

Notes

This salad can be made a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
