Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen cheddar pierogies
- 1 pound of smoky kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups of creamy chicken broth
- 2 cups of shredded melted cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped (for garnishing)
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, layer half of the frozen cheddar pierogies evenly on the bottom.
- Add half of the sliced smoky kielbasa on top of the pierogies.
- Sprinkle one cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the kielbasa.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pierogies, kielbasa, and then top with the last cup of cheddar cheese.
- Pour the creamy chicken broth evenly over the entire casserole.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
- Serve warm, garnished with freshly chopped green onions for a pop of color and flavor.
