Description

A comforting and creamy dish of cheesy potatoes, perfect for family gatherings or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a Crock Pot and spread it out evenly.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 360 to 480 minutes or on high for 180 to 240 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving, if desired.
