- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a Crock Pot and spread it out evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 to 480 minutes or on high for 180 to 240 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving, if desired.
