Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot, laying them flat for even cooking.
  2. Combine the cream of chicken soup, Italian seasoning, cream cheese, and chicken broth in a mixing bowl. Whisk it all together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot, ensuring each piece is covered.
  4. Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked through.
  5. Prepare the angel hair pasta about 30 minutes before serving, following the package instructions.
