Description

A warm and comforting bowl of crispy ground beef and creamy gochujang broth, perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang (or more for spice lovers!)
  • 1 cup Water or Broth (vegetable or chicken)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until it’s beautifully browned and caramelized.
  2. Prepare your rice according to package instructions.
  3. Blend cottage cheese with gochujang and water or broth until smooth. Heat gently for that creamy goodness.
  4. Assemble your bowl starting with a scoop of rice, topped with caramelized ground beef, and finished with the creamy gochujang broth.
