- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is beautifully coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon an equal amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Add croutons for an extra crunch, if desired!
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling, basking in the aromas of your delicious creation.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve with chicken chips or fresh veggie strips for a fulfilling bite!
Notes
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Prepare the filling the night before for easy assembly.
