Description

Delicious and comforting wraps filled with crispy chicken, crunchy Romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for busy weeknights or picnics.


Ingredients

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is beautifully coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon an equal amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  3. Add croutons for an extra crunch, if desired!
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling, basking in the aromas of your delicious creation.
  6. Cut the wraps in half and serve with chicken chips or fresh veggie strips for a fulfilling bite!

Notes

These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Prepare the filling the night before for easy assembly.
