Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it glistens.
- Season salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper and place them in the skillet skin-side down.

- Add minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the same skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- Return salmon to the skillet, soaking in the sauce for a moment.
