Delicious turkey sliders with tangy cranberry sauce and melted Swiss cheese, perfect for gatherings and busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or ham
- 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
- 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 (12-pack) Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and lay down the turkey in an even layer on the bottom half.
- Spread the tangy cranberry sauce generously over the turkey.
- Layer the Swiss or provolone cheese slices over the cranberry sauce.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheese.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
- Brush the buttery mixture generously over the top of the bread rolls.
- Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
Make-ahead friendly; can be assembled a day in advance and refrigerated.
