Description

A spicy-sweet delight that combines cranberries and jalapeños, perfect for holiday gatherings and as a unique condiment.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, jalapeños, sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
