Description

Enjoy mouthwatering BBQ ribs with smoky, sweet, and spicy flavors that are perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of beef ribs
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ rub
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 2 oz of non-alcoholic substitute (like broth or juice)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2.5 tbsp favorite BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Rub the ribs with yellow mustard, ensuring they’re well-coated, then generously sprinkle with your favorite BBQ rub.
  3. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on the grill for about 120-180 minutes.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and mix in the non-alcoholic substitute, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, maple syrup, and hot sauce, stirring until blended.
  5. After 120-180 minutes, carefully unwrap the ribs and brush them with your warming sauce mixture.
  6. Grill the ribs uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with more sauce.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the ribs overnight for deeper flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
