Description

A light and refreshing Coconut Lavender Lemonade Mocktail with creamy coconut water, zesty lemons, and fragrant lavender, perfect for warm-weather gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon culinary lavender
  • 2 cups chilled water or soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the simple syrup and culinary lavender in a small pot. Heat gently until fragrant, about a few minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for about 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. Mix together the coconut water, lemon juice, the cooled lavender syrup, and chilled water (or soda water) in a pitcher.
  3. Stir well and taste. Adjust sweetness as needed by adding extra syrup if desired.
  4. Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs for a beautiful finish.

Notes

Make the lavender syrup in advance and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week. Adjust sweetness to your taste.
