Description

A cozy classic club sandwich stacked with crispy turkey bacon, tender turkey, and fresh veggies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 slices of whole grain or sourdough bread
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces of sliced turkey breast (deli style)
  • 1 cup of crisp romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large, ripe tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (or your favorite spread)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: avocado slices or cheese of your choice

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with turkey bacon, turkey slices, lettuce, and tomato on the first slice of bread, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the second slice of bread and repeat layering.
  6. Finish with the third slice of bread, mayonnaise side down, secure with toothpicks, and cut diagonally for presentation.
  7. Serve & enjoy the sandwich with crispy chips.

Notes

Make ahead the ingredients but assemble before serving for the best texture. Store leftovers properly and use a serrated knife for clean slicing.
