- 400g spaghetti or other pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery; sauté until softened.
- Increase the heat and add the ground meat, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer the sauce for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, to let those flavors meld beautifully.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
