- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Mix together the sourdough starter, flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and milk until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise until doubled in size, which should take about 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick on a floured surface.
- Mix the cinnamon and brown sugar together in a small bowl, then spread this mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and place it in a greased baking pan, pinching the ends to seal.
- Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth for the frosting.
- Drizzle the frosting over the focaccia while it’s still warm, and enjoy!
Notes
Make the dough the night before and refrigerate for slower rising. Store leftovers wrapped tightly for 2-3 days or freeze for longer.
