- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form a sturdy crust.
- Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes, or until it turns a lovely golden brown.
- In a saucepan, gently heat the heavy cream until it is just simmering.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Then stir until the chocolate is completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and gently place fresh raspberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to allow the tart to set before serving.
Notes
This tart can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. For clean slices, dip your knife in hot water before cutting.
